Shipping + Handling

Domestic:

All orders are carefully packed and protected due to the delicate nature of the Ha'vanah Stars products to ensure they arrive safe and sound within your hands.

Items will be sent via courier express to allow tracking and progress of all items.

Please be careful in providing the correct mailing address as i will not be held responsible with the non arrival of packages.

Once an item is shipped it is up to the customer to follow the tracking and ensure they are home for the delivery, or follow up in its collection.

Any unclaimed items that are returned to Ha’vanah will be resent at the customers expense.

International:

Shipping outside of Australia will be by sent via DHL with full tracking information. Should your package not arrive within the time period specified below, please contact via info@havanahstar.com to see if we can help.

Asia-Pacific Region including New Zealand – Estimate delivery from the date of dispatch is 1-2 weeks

Northern Hemisphere – Estimate delivery from the date of dispatch is 2-4 weeks.

Overseas items will have a custom form attached with a brief description of your item and cost. Depending on the laws of your country you may be charged an import duty or tax if your goods are over a certain value. You will be responsible for all Import duties as I am unable to advise if you will be charged or of what cost as each case will vary.
