Customer satisfaction is very important to Ha'vanah, as she strives to ensure her customers are always happy & fulfilled. If you receive your purchase & are dissatisfied, please contact via email & we can work together in resolving the situation.
Returns for exchange must take place within 14 days of the date you received your items.
The Postage & Handling costs, to post back to HA'VANAH will be at the buyers discretion.
- HA'VANAH STAR will gladly exchange or replace a damaged product, caused by a production fault.
- HA'VANAH STAR is not responsible for personal breakage, damage, or wear and tear….these are delicate artworks and should be treated carefully due to this nature.
- HA'VANAH STAR will happily repair damaged products. The Postage & Handling costs, to post back, will be at the buyers discretion.
- HA'VANAH STAR will not refund due to change of mind
-HA’VANAH STAR does not allow exchange on sale items, these are final sales
- HA'VANAH STAR asks to take into consideration before ordering that these are handmade specifically to order & there are no returns or exchanges on custom made items.
